In our days, it is necessary to study social security within the context of the evolution of international economic relationships, through the analysis of the globalization process of the world economy. Integration has become one of the characteristic features of economy at the start of the century. Its importante is based on two aspects: Its impact on the activities of the markets and on public policies. Its usefulness to formulate diagnoses on the changing equilibrium of the relationships between the State and the market, an orientation of public policies.
