| Nota de resumen, etc. | Uno de los cinco proyectos de ley que conforman la Reforma de Salud lo constituye el denominado "Autoridad Sanitaria y Gestión", que terminó su trámite legislativo el día 21 de enero al ser aprobado por la cámara de diputados y queda en condiciones de ser promulgado como ley. Entre otros aspectos, este proyecto crea establecimientos de salud públicos autogestionados en red. El objetivo de esto es mejorar la eficiencia mediante el otorgamiento de mayores atribuciones y responsabilidades en cuanto a la gestión de los recursos del establecimiento, manteniendo al mismo tiempo la naturaleza jurídica y el régimen de personal.<br/>One of the five bilis that integrate the Health Reform is constituted by that called "Sanitary Authority and Management", whoselegislative negotiations ended on January 21 when it was approved by the chamber of deputies, and is now in a position to be promulgated as a law. Among other aspects, this project creates public health institutions that are selfmanaged in the net. The objective is to improve efficiency by the granting of increased authority and responsibilities with respect to management of the resources of the institution, while at the same time maintaining the legal nature and the personnel regime. |
