La materia que vamos a tratar está vinculada fundamentalmente con las tendencias que hoy existen en el mundo en relación al tema laboral; si se pudiera sintetizar diría que obedece a una evolución que ha llevado desde la homogeneidad a la heterogeneidad. Estábamos acostumbrados a un trabajo que obedecía a un contrato de plazo indefinido, un solo contrato, con labores muy específicas, una relación bastante bien determinada y quizás por mucho tiempo.
The subject matter that we will deal with is linked fundamentally to the trends existing today in the world with respect to labor; if it should be possible to synthesize, I could say that this is due to an evolution that has lead from homogeneity to heterogeneity. We were used to the type of jobs that resulted from an indefinite period contract, one single contract, with very specific tasks, a very well determined and perhaps long lasting relationship.
