This document has the purpose of enhancing the implications of the latest amendment to the Social Security Law (SSL), both in the short and in the long term, in order to solve the structural problems observed in the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), since the tendency of the increase in expenses is greater than that of the increase in income.
